Pull up a chair and taste authentic Norwegian dining at Sveggvika Guesthouse – right in the heart of the culinary landscape on beautiful Averøy. Here, the sea and the farmland take center stage, with local ingredients that barely leave the fjord before ending up on your plate.
During the season (May 1st - September 30th), we serve a three-course set menu at 19:00/7pm,Tuesday to Sunday. The menu changes with the sea, the weather, and the season, always highlighting local flavors and sustainably sourced ingredients.
Craving bacalao? A soup consisting of fish and vegetables. You can enjoy it as your main course every day throughout the season.
Our restaurant is open both to overnight guests and to visitors who simply wish to dine with us. Table reservations must be made in advance, no later than the day before. You can reserve a table when booking your stay, via email, message, or phone. Please also inform us in advance of any allergies or intolerances so we can accommodate them.
The next morning, a continental breakfast buffet awaits you from 08:30–10:00, served daily (April 1st – October 31st), making sure you’re well-fueled before new coastal adventures.
